BMW Tie Rod Assembly Right (E36) - Lemforder 32111139316

Restore your BMW's steering feel and response

Your BMW's steering response and feel is due in part to your tie rods. Your tie rods have an inner and outer ball joint which are tight when they are new or in good working shape. As this component wears out, it is not uncommon to see play in the inner and outer ball joints which makes alignments difficult and can significantly reduce steering precision and feel.

Replacing your tie rod assemblies will restore steering feel as well as make alignments easier to perform.

Note: Does not come with inner tie rod securing plate. Would need to be ordered separately.

E36 M3 Tie Rod Assembly

Worked great on my 1997 m3 Sedan! Shipped really fast and amazing prices! Note for application: On the rubber boots that cover the inner tie rod (they don't come with this kit, so you'll be reusing your old ones or buying new ones separately, I used my old ones) there are small metal clamps that hold each end on. Perhaps this particular style of clamps is common, but I hadn't see it before. If you find the loose end of the clamp, simply pull up on it with some needle nose pliers, the less you bend this the easier your life will be trying to put them back on. Then just pull really tight for reapplication. It will feel like they're not going to reach, but they eventually do if you didn't bend it too much.

Some of the reviewers above may have been rewarded for their positive & negative reviews. We don't hold anything back.
