The damage that can come about through minor or serious incidents on your BMW’s bumper usually causes anything from cracking and dents, to scratches and slashes. To mend these damages, you will need some common tools that FCP can provide or you may even have them in your own toolbox. The time to restore your BMW’s bumper will be determined by how serious or minor the damage is and how large your bumper is. Most of these upkeeps can be done in your own garage or driveway, but if the bumper is brutally impaired, you may have to have it replaced completely. The first thing you need to do is lift up your BMW with a jack and put it on some jack stands. Get below it and take off the bolts that are locking the bumper to the frame and tug the bumper off of the frame.
